He has a record of success in both industry (fifteen years) and professional services (ten years including seven as Partner at KPMG). He has particular strengths in reviewing and improving performance of existing risk and compliance functions and setting up risk and compliance arrangements in new environments.

Andrew Kakabadse is Professor of International Management Development at Cranfield School of Management. He is a world-renowned specialist on board effectiveness and has conducted extensive research and practical work on boards in this area.
